Rubik's Cube

Rubik's Cube
Rubik's cube. I think I used to own one before I got frustrated with it and threw it aside. I have no idea where is that cube now. Most probably given to someone else already.
As lessons ended early as per Wednesday, decided to drop by my gramp's house. In the MRT, there's this guy who's sitting beside me playing with this cube.

And he solved it in less than 2 MINUTES.

I KID YOU NOT.

He didn't even think about it. His fingers just twisted and turned the sides of the cube, twisting left, then twisting another row right, before moving onto another colour and twisting it again.

THEN HE FIXED A SIDE.

Then he continued and another side was done.

And the process continues. He didn't even have to think!!!

When he had completed it, he jumbles it all up again. If it's me, I would have framed the completed cube up. Seriously.

And to think, I spent like 20 mins on the cube, once, before I got bored and moved on to some other stuff. I've never "fixed" a side, much less the whole cube.

Why is this thing coming back into trend anyway? I've first seen it when I was 3. That was back in the days where gameboy was still bulky and non-coloured.

Fascinating isn't it?

Evil, Pure evilness

Evil, Pure evilness

Yesterday's tutorial's fun.
Seriously.

I played the role of an evil teacher. LOL. 360 degrees transformation from the nice nice Julie in class eh?

That's like a truckload of fun!

You guys better be thankful I'm not evil eh? If not all of you would be in deep trouble. Hahahahaha...Guess I scared a few of those "students" and stressed them till they were happily cursing me. -.-"

YES. It's difficult to be a teacher these days. I've received "bloody hell julie", "shut up" and "what the heck" like at least thrice during that short period of time being the evil teacher.

Students these days... I've got no comments.

[Cravings]

Putain, ça fait chier! C'est deja la 5eme semaine a l'ecole.. Les projets, l'examen.. Merde.

Time seriously flies past. It's already more than 1 month into school. Other than Mondays being exceptionally slow moving, the other days past so quickly that sometimes I think I'm living Monday, Monday, Monday and only Mondays.

Let's take for example. Today's Wed. Then Thurs. Then Fri. Then the Weekends. And Monday comes again.

In case you're wondering. I know my days of the week very well, and the above example is just to further illustrate the point.

Due dates are approaching. And I'm just stuffing myself with junk food and more food. Seriously, my pocket money goes to support my insatiable appetite. My stomach is growling as I speak.

My newest craving for the past few weeks: Ice Cream

I know it's fattening, but we only live once. Might as well live and enjoy life with food. You'll only know I'm working hard if I'm eating hard.

Someone please save the earth and stop global warming. The weather is driving me insane, and contributing to my rapid rate of digestion. [I'm just hungry. Don't mind me. And I'm feeling grouchy]

Like what they say. A hungry man is an angry man.

Art

Art
A piece of drawing block.
Paint.
Palette.
Brushes.

I've never panicked this badly since... well.. Since I've last held a paint brush.
Art, which is supposed to be relaxing. Seems to have the opposite effect on me.

We were supposed to play with colours and the colour wheel. After at least 5 minutes of staring blankly at the drawing block, (I tell ya I don't even stare at my O levels exam paper for that long)

I painted without any planning. Since they wanted us to be creative. So, creative it shall be.

See that picture? From the watch and the inexperience with the paint brush, it should be easy to figure out that the second piece is my masterpiece.

Thank goodness it wasn't as bad as I've imagined.

Art can give me a heart attack.[/size]
